18.01.2022 Today is full moon, the last one for 2020. A chance to reflect on the last month, and also the last year. How do you want things to be different for you, for your loved ones, for your town, your country, our world in 2021? What can you do to make it be so?? I won't be walking the labyrinth at Civic Park tonight because of the rain, but it is a time for reflection for me... the doldrums of the days after Christmas, and the days before 1 Jan. BTW, in 2021, I am thinking of hol...ding monthly labyrinth walks on the last Sunday of each month, between 4-5 pm, which will afford us with 12 opportunities to check in with our plans, intentions and each other. 14.01.2022 Please send an email to Council saying that the proposed relocation of the labyrinth may not serve it as well as its current location - due to additional noise from traffic on Dumaresq Street. We will also likely lose our lovely green expansive view. The submissions need to be in by tomorrow, Thursday 17 September 2020! [email protected]

09.01.2022 News from Armidale Regional Council - next step towards implementing the Creeklands Masterplan is testing the soil for potential contamination, prior to digging up anything. In October last year, our suggestion that the labyrinth stay where it is was included in the approved version of the Creeklands Masterplan that Council now are working with. There is a call for people to be part of a 'community stakeholders' group, so I will put my hand up for that. Hope to see you at the Sunday labyrinth walks 4-5 pm - last Sunday of each month this year.

05.01.2022 The next full moon is upon us! In Armidale, it shall rise tomorrow, Wednesday 2 Sept at 5:39 pm. Unfortunately, I have several things on tomorrow evening, and I won't be able to make a full moon labyrinth walk tomorrow. However, if you have a whippersnipper or pair of garden scissors, please join me today Tuesday 1 Sept at 4:30 at the Civic Park labyrinth to tidy up some of the lines that have been over-grown by grass. The moon rises at 4:39, so we'll have that "full-moon" effect.
