21.01.2022 We’re back in 11 sleeps! Bookings are now open for treatments from October 20th, by then it will have been 104 days since we were told to hold off - insane, while it’s been frustrating at times it has definitely given me a refreshed appreciation for working in the massage industry and how vital connection is for the human condition. I’ve been very quiet here while focusing elsewhere so here’s a lil catch up on things I’ve been doing during lockdown ... Stretching Painting Lots of walking Laughed until I cried Cried until I laughed Stitches in my knee (make sure space is well cleared when practicing yoga inversions) Danced alone in the kitchen Perfected baking chocolate chip cookies Acknowledged things in my life that I’m thankful for Napped in the sun And last but definitely not least - thought about my clients and how I can’t wait to get back into treatments with you With love Catherine x

14.01.2022 UPDATE ~ We jumped the proverbial gun and won’t be opening tomorrow as once thought. After some extra clarification it turns out that in this scenario Remedial therapy isn’t being put under the Allied Health umbrella, so I’ll be back by the 1st with other personal care and beauty services.
