04.01.2022 The Queen of Cheese, Marisa Salandra Marisa is the daughter of founders Gerardo and Rosa. She helped in the business for many years during her youth, and departed for a short while to become a chef and have a family. She returned several years ago and now manages our Factory Outlet Shop in Glynde SA. Marisa remembers many early dates with her now husband Vince were spent shredding and packing Mozzarella She now enjoys experimenting with new recipes for our cheeses and sharing them with our wonderful customers!
