24.01.2022 What great running on Sunday by @parlanekp in the Huntly Half over in NZ. Just a solid training run but still managed the win & PB... a great sign of things ahead. Very proud of how Kelly’s took to focusing on a new challenge of shorter track / road races for this training block. Not only will it be great for her marathons but she’s doing very well with it all! Excited for what 2021 has in store #Repost @parlanekp ... Sunday’s run was the Huntly Half Marathon...photos make the conditions look relatively good . Reality was . 1.20.10 making for PB and first female home.. possibly just wanted to get to Pete’s coffee cart quick. @lace_up_running @tttrunners

12.01.2022 Congrats on a great year @caitlinmcquilkinbell & transition from US college athlete to the open ranks! Hard to do especially in a year like 2020. We are proud of your amazing achievements this year, for having a go over a range of distances & always doing your absolute best, with a smile! Look forward to more in 2021 #Repost @caitlinmcquilkinbell 2020 racing done, huge thanks to @lace_up_running for in 5 months getting my 800m down from a 2:12 to a 2:07, without ev...ent specific type training as such. As well as a 1500m PB and state 10km XC bronze. - Big thanks to @prepdhydration @hokaoneoneaustralia @modexnatural @revviesenergy for the ongoing support and best tools to help me train and recover.
