10.01.2022 Diagnosis- What does it mean, and how can it affect our perceptions on what is happening? Definition: "The identification of the nature of an illness or other problem by examination of the symptoms."... Diagnosis may be useful in framing what is happening but it is not the only factor in the equation of an injury or condition. IT gives a point of reference, but it does not have to define YOU or how you live your life. Some people may experience pain with a diagnosis, whilst other's may not. In fact, the diagnosis may have so much emphasis placed on it that the foundational movements have not even been considered yet. Humans are more complex than what credit is given. Sometimes, a deeper approach may be beneficial. https://www.lachlancrowther-exercisephysiologist.com/
