25.01.2022 Holy hell.... if you've ever had a loved one touched by child loss this gives a good insight into the broken family. Or if you just need a reminder to appreciate what you have! Just wow. The last few minutes... Hard to think about what Lachlan would make of all this pain.

20.01.2022 This absolutely breaks my heart particularly when I'm almost certain one of the stripped rooms is where Lachlan took his last breath. Where I held him in my arms for the last time as his heart slowly stopped beating. I will never, ever, forget that hospital.

20.01.2022 Just some food for thought in relation to loss and grief. X

20.01.2022 "Strength is born in troubling times, when you have lost more than you have gained".. Complimenting a bereaved parent's 'strength' may seem complimentary, having navigated the loss of a child and seemingly come out on the otherside. However, that strength is born of perpetual longing and, at times, unbearable suffering. We are survivors, we are strong.. but god damn it, I'd give anything not to have ever had to be!

17.01.2022 Merry Christmas!! We hope we brightened some peoples' day today at Wanneroo shopping centre.. my apologies if we surprised you by chasing you down or jumping in your path. There's no real non-awkward way to give a stranger a gift, especially with my girls in tow. Have a great day and we hope our little gift helps in some way. Xx

15.01.2022 My thoughts and prayers go out to all the parents who will embark on building their 1st trampoline on Thursday night after the kids go to bed... may your instructions be simple and the construction be swift. Good luck and god speed! ... Merry Christmas all. P.S keep an eye out if you happen to be around Wanneroo on Thursday, we will be doing something a little special and a little different to honour Lachlan after such a tough year for many. Xo

15.01.2022 Lachlan left the girls dinosaur onesies this year! A shared love between all 3 siblings. Merry Christmas. Be kind and be safe x... See more

13.01.2022 The tragic drowning of a Perth toddler has triggered a ban on swimming pools at WA home day care centres. #9News | Nightly at 6.00pm

13.01.2022 ..and go about our day.

10.01.2022 Missing my little man crawling into mummy's lap for tired cuddles like only a little a little boy can once all the Christmas fun has been had. I love my girls but I miss my first born too.

04.01.2022 Super generic thing to say when you just don't know what to say.. I am so guilty of this too.. the best thing you can do is let them know you care any way you can.. bring food, share a cuppa, laundry, babysit, gift basket, text, call, chat about anything, everything or nothing at all .. just don't say this and disappear..

04.01.2022 #BREAKING The McGowan Government will begin phasing out swimming pools and spas for family day care services. It follows the tragic death of two-year-old Lachla...n Mitchell, who drowned at a family day care centre in 2015. Existing family day care services with pools, spas and water features will also be made safer with new regulations. #9News

02.01.2022 From the water to the fire, our journey after Lachlan died has reshaped and remade the very foundation of who I am. I'm proud of what we've been able to achieve in his name but everything comes at a cost. *In order for the phoenix to rise, first it must burn.* Thanks Luke x... https://m.facebook.com/1595474327386711 See more
