16.01.2022 There’s life around us, and it’s becoming more apparent to me that it really matters how we need to live, Morally, ethically and spiritually. I’ve been at war with my mind recently feeling a little lost and confused so I’ve been taking ample time to reflect on things that I do so I can ground myself a little better. I believe that the process of making a life you want is never going to be easy and there are times where almost everything feels impossible, you hit road blocks, ...you second guess your decisions, and you sometimes feel like no matter what you do, nothing seems to be working. But in the end it’s all part of the journey - to take the time to reflect helps, find some peace and meditate, confide in someone close to you, let it all out and focus on what you need to do to shape your future and JUST KEEP GOING. The process is never easy, but staying true to it will pave your future no doubt. - The brain dump was really needed for me this time, and I hope I can resonate with some of you guys with this one! 14.01.2022 Had a deep epiphany the other day. It revolves around what level of energy and effort myself and people in general put into different situations in their day-to-day lives. I thought about the unfathomable scale of our mind and soul, and found myself putting in more effort and time into that thought alone. In a nutshell, that thought involved questioning and exploring why people act the way that they do, the way they think, as well as reflecting on a lot of things happening in... my life right now. Along with that, the benefits in life and the goals you can achieve simply by delivering effort into the right places. I thought that if there is so much to learn and explore and to grow from in a way that can reshape our lives for the better - all from the mind, why is it that we still complain about minute things, spread narcissism over social media and all the rest. Not everyone will change, but I think it may be worth the thought, to challenge yourself to do something more than that. To take a step back and put the world and your habits into perspective, try shifting your mindset into a way that supports your growth and perhaps another’s as well. 08.01.2022 2020. Thank you, what a year of reflection. I never could have imagined the amount of changes, victories, failures, the coming and going of different friends, and different life situations that have been curve-balled this year. But all of which have built towards building a better version of myself. At the same time I’m positive everyone has had such a roller coaster of a year as well.
