17.01.2022 PRODUCT REVIEW from @_my_skincare_story_ - - - MASK I was kindly sent this @la_clinica_skin_and_body Hyaluronic Acid Skin Recovery Mask with some other La Clinica products to try. ... This is a bio cellulose mask and as I don't have much experience using masks this delicate I had a little trouble getting it on and getting it into position, but once I got it in place it stuck there and didn't move. This mask comes drenched in serum, I had enough to rub into my neck, chest and hands three times (so don't throw the packaging out after you use the mask, save it and use the rest of the serum up!). The serum has a silky gel texture and absorbs without being sticky. As far as ingredients go the serum does not contain alcohol or fragrance (yassss!) and it contains a lot of soothing and hydrating ingredients. These include peptide complexes, hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica extract, calendula and aloe vera extracts, and ascorbyl palmitate (a vitamin c derivative). This mask is designed to be a therapeutic skin rejuvenating home treatment that is calming, hydrating, fortifying and healing, and it is an approved post treatment mask for skin needling, chemical peels, IPL, microdermabrations etc. It is suitable for all skin types. What I loved most about this mask is the serum.
