15.01.2022 Recently our beautiful "Dancing Queen" Serena made the journey down to Melbourne to compete in The Crown Casino Pro Am Championships. Serena danced the Rumba, Samba, Cha Cha Cha and Jive...successfully bringing home 1 x 1st, 6 x 2nd's and 1 x 3rd.... Congratulations Serena, well done and we are all very proud of you...can't wait to see how you go next year. xxx

14.01.2022 A little up date on the progress of Canberra House and Mayfair... Canberra House is sporting new signage, shining brightly so no mistaking who we are...Mayfair Espresso Cafe has opened their doors offering very friendly service, great coffee and beautiful homemade Italian cakes...believe me I've tried a few!!! The lane between the two buildings has opened and been christened No Name Ln....when lit up in the evenings it gives a very European feeling to our little hub...a great spot to play with some photography...

12.01.2022 This week I had been set a challenge...to create a Poppy Troll Birthday Cake for a very special little 5 year old in my life...I do beleive "Mission Accomplished"... LOL!!!! All at the party just loved when the M@M's poured out from the middle when the cake was cut... by the way it didn't taste too shabby!!! JUST LOVE A CHALENGE...................
