Really was one of the best times we ever ever had and these memories are still embedded in my brain (albeit scattery brain) The best travel partner I could ever ask for especially the fact that his presence and demeanor scared even the hardest pick pockets!! Picked up sooo many food ideas that we were busting to use hense Ivary mk 2 was born Cant wait to do it again my travel buddy. Make sure next time you protect your legs.... All 3 ..... After 3 1/2 fantastic months in Europe the day has come to go back home We visited 10 countries 66 cities /towns We slept on beds that felt like clouds and others...like the ruins of rome Some showers were big and beautiful and others you had to soap the walls and turn around or stand under 1 drop at a time Do we have a favourite?? Impossible to say. Each had its own beauty The food. The people. The language. The acrchitecture A couple of tips for future travellers Dont buy too magnets...they weigh a ton when you buy one in every town you visit...oops Bring your own pillow unless you want "torcia collo" Dont bring all your toilettries...wrinkle creams really AREN'T needed Fill only 1 suitcase on the way up ( if couple) as you WILL BE buying more clothes...and shoes And PLEASE try all typical regional foods and drink...these would be some of our favourite memories (NO MACCAS!!!!!) Its been a blast and so glad we did it while still relatively young. Trust me you will never need a step class in Europe. Every day was a step class In saying this cant wait to get home To my beautiful St Leonards and the best bed in the world.... Ps...if you're a nervous passenger please cut your nails...Ivan has permanent scars on all 3 Of his legs And our rental car now has air brake on the floor and finger indentations on the dash and door handle..... Apologies we are truly greatful for the amazing support but we simply cannot accommodate more than we legally can. ... The lovely Ahwen next door has offered her out door area for us to use once she has finished. Please be sure to support her massage place as well. Shes amazing and fixes my back every time!!!However once again this area is only for walk ins and available once she has left.
