25.01.2022 Well here we go again. Very overcast here at perth motorplex but loving the cool day so far. First run is at 2.30pm, we are all set up and just about ready for our first fireup.

25.01.2022 Hi all, Well that last run we had did some serious damage to our car in the front end. Theoretically the damage should of been minimal but the front just got too brittle. This has not been a good season for us as we keep chasing issues with the car and with consistency. So rather than patching our car between meetings and head straight back out we have chosen to take the conservative approach and look into fixing these issues properly with more time. We also are sad to say but our crew chief Stuart Rowland yesterday has also decided to leave us after 9 years as a member of Ladbrook Racing. This came as quite a shock to us but wish him well.

17.01.2022 Well last night was way out there for everyone at Perth motorplex. So sorry for everyone that was there. It was a unreal incident that I wish didn't happen. Have had a few phone calls from concerned family and friends and want to assure everyone that we are all safe and sound. We are back home and most likely like everyone else watching the news about it all. We hope to see everyone at the next meeting.

11.01.2022 hi all, sorry for the lack of updates re saturday. On that last run we decided to take a couple of timing boxes with us to the finish line. Needless to say our Funnycar body didnt appreciate our efforts. While we still managed to get in the finals the damage to the front of the funnycar made it a risk that we chose not to take as it was centered around the anchor point where the body locks onto the chassis. So we called it quits for the night. Now we need to get the body sorted before the next meeting on the 1st Feb.

07.01.2022 Hi all, As most of you know drag racing has been cancelled for the rest of the season due to the coronavirus. You cant help but know its coming. Even if you dont follow the news just trying to go shopping is insane. Ive never seen this many empty shelves. New guidelines are been put into place for working on customer cars. They are "suggesting" before and after work to disinfect the cars. Not to mention keys, atm cards etc. Sounds good in theory IF you can find any disinfect...ant. 2 days of searching before i managed to find something. Absolutely disgusted with people selling things like a $4.00 can of glen20 for $60.00 Anyhow, Ladbrook Racing would like to wish everyone safe from this coronavirus. May it pass you by but if you do manage to get it best wishes for a speedy symptom free recovery. All the best everyone.

06.01.2022 Sorry for late update. Motorplex cancelled the meeting. It drizzled most of the day so they called quits on it by 5.30pm. Been busy packing up. So we only got 1 run today but at least it was 400.25kph. Next meeting is the westernationals
