12.01.2022 Location: Victoria, Australia Kittykatch found Ladies of the Lake (Traditional Cache) at 6/21/2014 Log Date: 6/21/2014 Found on the way to the Geocaching Car Rally at Cardinia Park with Team Bob! (Kittykatch, GrimRaider and MrRoo). We made our way to this cache to find some people parking nearby. They were intent on eating their sandwiches while we took photos and checked out the ladies. Took a little while, but I made the find just as we were about to call it. 12.01.2022 "Ladies of the Lake" is the name our locals have given the sculpture that was titled "Mother And Daughter". A big THANK YOU goes to Chiltern Land care who continue to work hard at beautifying Chiltern

12.01.2022 Official opening of the walking track went off very well after a rushed fix on the ladies, some one had tried to steal the girl we think. Only small amount of damage, but a bloody nuisance.

11.01.2022 Getting lots of new visits. Log Date: 10/1/2012 #3231 We had a quiet afternoon of caching near Beechworth and decided to swing by Chiltern on our way back to Albury. We have been to Lakeview house previously but are always more than happy to return to this lovely location. There were some muggles about but they were far enough away to not cause us any issues. We had a quandry - do you look or feel? The Queen was given the task and soon had the cache in hand. Our thanks to MolMat - a great piece of art in a lovely place [^]

09.01.2022 " Ladies of the Lake " situated beside our lovely Lake Anderson with Lake View Historic house in the background, this is a great scene for a picture in the peaceful historic village of Chiltern. Take a stroll along the walking track to enjoy bird life, native flora and fauna.

Who ever is responsible has put a huge effort into bending and completely breaking 1" solid steel, hate to think the damage they would do to a person if they attacked them.........

01.01.2022 At last the Ladies of the Lake have been restored, thanks Wayne Martin for your help, Jack Kittelty for the lend of the generator and all the lovely folk who stopped to say how pleased they were to see the Ladies being restored. All put back together and given a new coat of sealer and a new hat for one lady, lets hope they last a while longer.
