We do a fine grind of our light roast and place it in a special 3 filter system. We soak the beans and then top up with filtered water and allow to steep overnight. Just the right amount of time to keep the sweetness of the coffee. We filter into our kegs, chill and then pour direct from the keg with the help of nitrogen. This pushes the coffee down the line as well as aerating the coffee to give a smooth creamy texture. No dairy. No sugars... Yet smooth and naturally sweet.
