15.01.2022 When I first started my business I worked the longest craziest hours, draining myself emotionally, mentally and physically. I was never really present when at home always stressed out and on edge.... I couldn't really figure out this work life balance thing. And then I realised there isn't a balance pursae, there is creating a life that you enjoy and you create the stress. So you can stop the stress by outsourcing, and by prioritising When I am with my family now I am in the moment And when I am at work or doing work things, I love what I do. This whole balance thing comes from within its more so a balance within your self, because when you are happy, when you self care and self love you shine your brightest And it is contagious to all those around you I want my children growing up knowing I had my own business but that I loved it it was fun and not the reason for me not being there. But the reason I was there.
