23.01.2022 Pic of 2 browns playing the pre-mating ritual. I caught the female.

21.01.2022 This little guy came home with me from a client's home. They incorrectly believed that having lizards attracts snakes. I do not like taking an adult sleepy lizard (aka 'shingle-back) as they mate for life but the client insisted. So another one let go in my garden where they are safe, free to go as they please and fed occasionally.

20.01.2022 Mondays catch. 4 Foot brown. Caught in bird netting.

15.01.2022 Although my state is in a 6 day lockdown; snake catchers are considered essential so I can still be called upon to remove your pesky snakes.

10.01.2022 Someone asked why rubber boots and not steel capped boots? I have found that if I can get the snake to bite onto my boot (especially when caught in netting and very frightened/angry), then often they get snagged long enough for me to get hold of them.

09.01.2022 Warm weather approaching and so please be careful when out and about in your yard.

06.01.2022 A tiger snake. Easy catch as he was curled up under a rolled up garden hose. Didn't like being woken!
