01.01.2022 Today I left the house with a purpose, but without a NEED. I thought long and hard about what to do on my first freedom outing, and I chose to take myself and my elderly neighbour off to the nursery it was the very best way to spend a sunny morning. In the process I got excited about the prospect of wearing something other than active wear and PJ’s. I spent a good hour last night playing Barbie, reacquainting myself with my wardrobe. I really feel like it’s one of those si...mple pleasures that we totally take for granted. I seriously had the time of my life frocking up, and making myself feel nice. It definitely needs to be a bigger focus and another thing that we learn to appreciate once more, pulling out something lovely to wear and taking effort with ourself, for ourself every day. If you see me in one of my frocks at school pickup next week, now you know why.
