25.01.2022 So sorry my loves, last time this happened in Bris we had to wear masks indoors and class numbers dropped dramatically, so I've had to make the decision to cut the class this week. This only affects the Thursday as class is not on for the Friday Easter Holiday anyhow. Goodlife classes you are still on but it is necessary to wear a mask to enter the gym and then as it's ABT & Zumba Fitness, high intensity classes, we can take them off for class duration. Stay safe my crew, see you next week if not before. Enjoy the Easter break

That's it team, I'm so stuffed already, the amount of parties, cakes, meals out, drinkies recently I don't need Christmas! Have had an absolute ball with you lot in all our classes over the last week, I truly have been blessed that's for sure! I woke up this morning thinking oh I don't have a class to go to, instead a well deserved lie in! Thank you everyone of you who has been a part of my fitness & dancing world this last year, it's been very different for sure! Merry Christmas to you all! Love yas!

19.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021!! This year is going to be fabulous, I can just feel it! If we can get through 2020 we can get through anything, we are so very lucky to be in this part of the world that's for sure! So how are you all bearing up? ..... Too many treats & sweets, so much cake & chocolate, oh what about all the vino!!! Well I will let you all off as it's that time of year and the good news is that from Monday we can all get back into our fab fitness routines, dancing... & prancing, crunching & planking, and in a couple of months time my newest venture which I will bringing to you... PILATES!!! I have 40 hours of theory work to do online in January plus four whole days in February of practical sessions to complete then voila!! Pilates Instructor at your service Goodlife Gyms I will still also be teaching my Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, ABT classes and carrying on with Personal Training development as I push myself through final modules, so any old and new clients are always welcome Well that's it for now my loves, back to some sort of normality from Monday, hope you've all enjoyed the break, feel good about yourselves, see you very soon! 17.01.2022 NEWS UPDATE Now things are getting back to normal and I have half my classes back, yay!, I am confident we will have all classes back in the very near future! ORMEAU CENTRE, stand by for Thursday, I am just waiting on the all clear for us to go in Thursday for Z Gold 8.15am, fingers crossed!! ... NO ZOOM CLASS TONIGHT! Getting back some classes this week and obvs my fitness level just isn't the same, I can honestly say after five full on, however awesome, gym fitness classes over last few days I'm needing to relax tonight and that's OK Thank you for your continued support, keeping me motivated as I try to keep you motivated, I couldn't do it myself if it wasn't for you. 16.01.2022 So I've gotten through four weeks of teaching fitness classes back at the gym and now two thirds of my own classes are back up and running, so how do I feel? I have to admit the first week killed me! Especially after teaching my first double whammy of ABT followed straight after by Zumba Fitness... I couldn't even walk down the stairs two days later and obviously I'd not done enough to keep my fitness level at top notch with just the odd PT, a few Zoom and a bit of a backyard... workout However, now I can safely say I feel like I'm getting there, the fitness level is coming back, the hurt isn't as intense and I'm finally finding myself again! It's such great news that we can now have 32 peeps in the fitness studio at Goodlife rather than just the 20 which have all been fully booked out! Here's a little vid I did when we first opened a few weeks back, please don't judge my sweaty messy mop after those first two classes! Hope to see all my loyal regulars very soon See more

07.01.2022 Yes definitely!... Get out of your comfort zone and give dancing a try! We all started the same way... as a beginner! If you can accept that you will be a beginner and not expect too much of yourself in the beginning, but allow your body and mind to learn and adjust over time as with any new skill, then you are already on your way over that comfort zone hurdle. We can never stop learning, no matter what level... all of us! I STILL GO TO DANCE CLASSES!! ALWAYS WILL!!

A special 80th celebration with our lovely lady at Jacobs Well who brought her family with her and then pub after class in Upper Coomera for two more of my beauties! The biggest and bestest classes are on a public holiday I've only just found!

Rather than just sit on machines pushing weights my latest two recruits have been absolutely killing it on a Wednesday night with my Goodlife crew! Get to classes guys! The variety of different styles of training will push you both physically and mentally to reach your fitness goals in ways you never knew!

03.01.2022 So this popped up on my Memories from two years ago. I was tagged in this along with a few other adorable ladies by one of our very own, the stunning Vicky Haggis. It sums up exactly how it feels to be part of our amazing dance fitness community and what we have together. Little did we know our much loved and very gorgeous Vicky would no longer be with us six months later, taken so suddenly in tragic circumstance. I'm sure she would be encouraging us all now to just keep on dancing, keeps us young, just like she was, too young, too soon HAPPY VALENTINES DAY all you adorable beauties, keep on dancing!
