24.01.2022 The unicorn cake trend never gets tired so when I was asked to create one , I jumped to it . Pastel colours were called for , along with matching cupcakes. Cake details were devils chocolate cake with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream. The cupcakes were eggless along with a silky ermine buttercream.

02.01.2022 (Long post alert) What a year 2020 has been ! Let’s take a look back ! It started off as normal , creating cakes for large gatherings , the introduction to the mini 3 cakes for valentines was a HUGE hit so these appeared on special event days . . Then by March , lockdown 1.0 happened . This took us through Easter snd Mother’s Day ! Cake tasting boxes were born throughout winter and my love for cookie making had arrived ! Quite an addiction really ! Then lockdo...wn 2.0 hit us hard !! Celebrations were very small so the 4 and 5 inch minis proved ever so appropriate . Not to mention serving within our 5 km. Who could also forget the cupcake Saturday ! Another popular day here . Then we went through Farhers day , end of the school year! More cookies were in order! Next thing Christmas ! When did that happen ! In spite of it all , I look back at my year and could not have achieved all this without all your support , no matter how small! So THANK-YOU and cheers to you !
