See below Latina Fresh Australia recipe (Serves 2) 375g Latina fresh Ricotta and Spinach Agnolotti 425g Latina fresh Italian Tomato & Garlic Sauce ... 2 tbs olive oil 1 small eggplant, sliced into 1cm-thick slices 60g baby Bocconcini, torn in half 2 tbs grated Parmesan 170g packet La Famiglia Just For 2 fresh basil leaves to garnish 1. Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan forced). 2. Cook agnolotti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain. Return agnolotti to pan, add sauce and stir to combine. Spoon agnolotti into an ovenproof dish. 3. Brush both sides of eggplant slices with oil and season. Heat a frying pan over high heat. Cook eggplant in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. 4. Lay eggplant slices over agnolotti in a single layer. Place bocconcini in the gaps between eggplant slices. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. 5. Put the bread onto a tray into the oven under the Agnolotti Bake, cook both together a further 5-6 minutes until bread is golden and crisp and cheese is melted. Garnish the bake with basil leaves. Serve with La Famiglia garlic bread.

10.01.2022 Pizza and garlic bread are a great combination, imagine if you joined them together in one dish? Here is a recipe for our pepperoni pizza bread Makes 16 400g packet La Famiglia Traditional Garlic Bread... 2/3 cup arrabbiata pasta sauce 200g (1 cup) antipasto vegetables, chopped (like eggplant, red capsicum & artichoke) cup pitted Kalamata olives 100g sliced pepperoni 1 cup grated mozzarella 60g baby spinach leaves, to serve 1 Preheat the oven to 200C fan forced. Separate bread halves and remove the paper. Place butter side up on a greased tray. 2 Spread 1/3 cup passata over each loaf. Sprinkle with oregano. Top with antipasto, olives and pepperoni. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes until bread is hot and cheese golden. 3 Top with spinach leaves. Cut each loaf into 8 slices. Serve. Tip: Create your own La Famiglia pizza with toppings you and your family love.

Here is our tasty recipe for little Aussie hamburgers Makes 4 Olive oil, for cooking... 2 large brown onions, halved, thinly sliced 3 tsp maple syrup 350g beef mince cup soft breadcrumbs 1 tbs tomato sauce 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 egg yolk 4 slices tasty cheese 270g packet La Famiglia Traditional garlic Slices 4 pineapple slices, drained 4 streaky bacon rashers Sliced beetroot, sliced tomato, shredded iceberg lettuce, to serve Thick cut chips, to serve 1 Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions, cook, stirring often for 10 minutes until soft. Add maple syrup, cook further 10 minutes until golden. 2 Meanwhile, combine mince, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, mustard and egg in a bowl. Season. Mix well. Shape into four x 1cm-thick patties. Place onto a plate, chill for 30 minutes if time allows. 3 Heat a barbecue chargrill or plate over medium heat. Brush both sides of patties with oil, cook for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through. Remove to a plate, top with cheese, cover to keep warm. 4 Barbecue bread slices, spread side down for 2-3 minutes until golden. Turn and barbecue further 2-3 minutes. Barbecue the pineapple and bacon rashers for 2 minutes each side. 5 Top 4 slices garlic bread with some onions then the bacon, beetroot, tomato, patties, pineapple and lettuce. Sandwich together with garlic bread. Serve with chips.

Ham, cheese and tomato garlic bread toastie Serves 4 400g packet La Famiglia traditional... 1 tbs Dijon mustard 1 cup grated cheddar cheese cup grated mozzarella 200g double smoked shaved ham 3 vine ripened tomatoes, thinly sliced Chutney, to serve, optional 1 Preheat oven 200C fan forced. Separate slices of bread. Place onto a tray, butter side up. Bake 10 minutes or until light golden. Remove from the oven. 2 Spread mustard over the bread. Combine the cheese and sprinkle a little over the mustard. Top with ham, and tomato. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 3 Place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is light golden. Season. Cut each loaf in half. Serve with chutney if you like.
