We came up with a minimal waste packaging that has low wastage in manufacturing and can be recycled. What waste was created in manufacturing was recycled then and there at Platypus printing... She loves roses, tattoos and gypsy style so we combined them all with a mystic edge in an illustrative logo. This time of year it's important to take a look in your rubbish bins. There is so much waste, and a lot of it is product packaging destined for landfill. But it doesn't have to be like this! There are now more than ever an abundance of options for packaging that comes from sustainable places and can either be returned to the earth or returned to be made... into new packaging. Knowing this will help you make informed decisions about the key aspects of your brand. The colours you choose, the way you display your products, tissue paper or a high end gold foiled box? We just completed the brand development for the Psychic Hailey Lilley. For a brand like this is has to say a lot about t...he person. Hailey loves roses, tattoos and has a mystic gypsy edge, and her brand had to explain this to people at first glance. We went with an illustrated tattoo inspired hand with palm reading symbols and a super classy gypsy font. The brand is largely feminine as most of the clientele are females. 10.01.2022 Someday Swim is a brand for us sustainable, kid friendly and focused on quality. With the opportunity to brand this company from scratch we knew that we had to come up with a design that directly correlated with the strong business values. We opted for a summery, coastal branding with colours that have stepped straight out of Bondi in the 70’s. Rich oranges, sandy beige, sunkissed pinks and aquatic blues were the brand colours chosen while the typography was, rich, striki...ng and bold; making the brand stand out amongst the crowd. To say we have been hands on for this project is an understatement La Fin Design helped someday launch their business through developing their brand, building their website, developing their ecommerce, social media, marketing and creative direction for their product shots. Overall, we could not be any happier with the product. Together La Fin Design will be continuing to work with Someday Swim to collectively build their business. We have been working with her to create a structural packaging for her amazing travel ceramic cups. We wanted it to be eco friendly to align with her core values. Our minimal dieline is easy to store and assemble in her workshop. There is a little bit of tweaking to go on before we start manufacturing. But we are on our way to having this one completed.
