03.01.2022 Today is the day to make la grilla's KIMCHI Sometimes customers ask us how to make kimchi and We will introduce how to make it. Making Kimchi is not easy because it has to be salted with cabbage, so it is made over 2days.... In order to make kimchi, you have to prepare cabbage, garlic, ginger plant, salt, red pepper, and little bit of sugar. Then you cut cabbages in a half. and then make sauce for kimchi. The things that you need to make sauce for kimchi is, red pepper, sugar, salt, ginger, garlic. etc. Korean people like spicy food. so it's good to make sauce as hot as you can. After you make sauce for kimchi, you have to put the sauce between the cabbages. After you finish to make kimchi, you may ripen the kimchi at least for a few months. Because it's good to ripen the kimchi as long as you can. The longer you ferment it the taste always changes.
