20.01.2022 Corona blues Time to get serious! Stage 4 restrictions are well and truely upon us victorians. ... There isn’t a person in the state that this hasn’t effected in one way or another and from personal experience it’s so easy to get caught up in all the negativity around us especially when it’s everywhere we look. So here are my suggestions to keeping yourself healthy and feeling sane (well as sane as you can): 1. Try and create a routine for yourself and your family. 2. Exercise daily 3. Eat a healthy balanced diet (don’t deprive yourself of those yummy treats but also don’t get reliant on them) 4. REST! Listen to your body and if that’s what it needs don’t feel guilty for that. 5. Listen to music 6. Open your curtains and windows when you can, natural light and air is always best. 7. Keep up your water intake 8. Sleep, getting a good nights sleep is detrimental!
