All hair colouring services Ladies, men's and children's cuts Hair blow drying and styling Weft Hair extensions *Where are you located? Piara Waters *Methods of payment? We accept Eftpos , Cash and afterpay. Minimum afterpay spend $100 and 7% Surcharge **Please allow up to 48hours for a response as we do get very busy NO SHOWS / CANCELATIONS Your hair is precious and so is our time. We understand that life doesn't always go to plan and may result in the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event of this happening we kindly ask that the appointment scheduled is cancelled ATLEAST 24hours in advance or charges will apply. 50% of booking will be paid for now shows/cancelations within 24 hours. A non refundable deposit of $50.00 is made at time of your booking. The deposit will be credited to your service on the day or credited to your account when postponed with more than 48 hrs notice is provided. If a deposit is not made these charges will still apply in the event of no show or late cancelation . A txt reminder is sent 48hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you can please kindly respond 'YES' or 'NO' if we do not hear from you within 8 hours of your confirmation text your appointment will automatically be cancelled. Please contact us if you wish to cancel. SERVICE/GUARANTEE LaHoney Hair does not offer refunds for any finalised services. If you are not unhappy with the outcome of your hair or service we will do our best to rectify any issues at no cost to you if ; *You notify the salon within 3 days of you original appointment. *you have not changed your mind as this will result as an additional service *Return to the salon within 10 business days of your original service *if you or any other person other than our salon has attempted to alter your hair from original appointment -Action to fix rectify is determined by the salon director. We also do not warrant your hair extensions if other products have been used that have not been suggested by us. If the above is not met this guarantee is null and void.
