20.01.2022 OUT OF HOURS ACCESS 4AM 10PM 7 DAYS A WEEK We would like to thank all of our loyal members & customers as we take each step in returning from lockdown. As you may be aware, we have still not returned from a 24/7 access facility, though we have some great news to share! From this Thursday all members will be able to train out of hours anytime between 4am 10pm 7 days a week! ... * Sign in & out procedure is still the same to previous method. * Members who are in need of an Out of Hours code & all other information can message our Facebook page for any help or speak to one of the staff at the gym during our staffed hours.

11.01.2022 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: Dear all members Due to the Nationwide Suspension of all Gymnasiums, as of 12pm 23/03/2020 We will be closing our doors to all access until further notice. This Includes all staffed and 24/7 access. All memberships will be placed on hold and we will advise a reopening date as soon as we are notified. Take care and stay safe everyone.

03.01.2022 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE To ensure our facilities maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene, we will implement the following changes.... All facilities will increase disinfecting all equipment from 2 to 3 times daily All fan switches, door handles etc will be wiped down with sanitary wipes 3 times daily We will continue our in house policy of cleaning our toilets twice daily with regular inspections to ensure our amenities are maintained to the highest possible standard All clients are asked to use a FULL LENGTH towel on equipment at all times Each facility will provide bottles of disinfectant/hand wipes for client use Social distancing please be aware that NO HANDSHAKING is permitted and people are encouraged to maintain a distance of 1.5 metres if you have a cold or are displaying any symptoms that may be associated or consistent with the CORONAVIRUS, please DO NOT ATTEND THE FACILITY for
