17.01.2022 Lower back pain is very common, regular exercise to restore the strength of your back & a gradual return to everyday activities are important for your full recovery. Strengthening exercises help increase muscle tone & improve the quality of muscles. Adequate strength of abdominal & back muscles helps stabilise the spine, allows proper spinal movement & makes it easier to maintain correct posture. Exercises should be specific with graduated difficulty to progressively increase strength.
