19.01.2022 Some of our Joeys were lucky enough to be a part of Joey Jaunt this weekend. They joined with Joey Scouts from other groups in our district for an action packed... weekend. Well done to the organisers and all leaders and helpers involved! Guarantee everyone will sleep well tonight! #JoeyJaunt2019 #CalliopeJoeys #PortCurtisDistrict See more

12.01.2022 Thanks to Dennis Contracting who lent us the equipment to help clear some of the branches etc in the grounds and repair the road inside the campsite. Thanks to Timothy Evans for organising

06.01.2022 The Campsite is now closed due to the COVID-19 virus and will remain closed until advised otherwise. This has been a directive from Scouts Queensland. As per the press conference by the PM last night, no one should be away from their home unless they need to and as such shouldn’t be staying at our campsites. Gladstone Area Water Board has also closed the picnic areas at Lake Awoonga. Stay safe, follow the safety messages and distancing rules.

05.01.2022 Thankyou Rotary Sunrise Gladstone for your Grant
