24.01.2022 Expanded Swansea Pool Squad Program starts tomorrow with a Saturday 2pm squad starting at Speers Point as below. Coach @swanseaspot will be running all these squads with other coaches. Cost is $12 inc pool entry with multi visit passes available. All pool squad bookings are through the pool under STOMP. Booking links are on our Pool Squads webpage! Please note - for all Senior/ Masters squads we are catering for all standards (you just gotta be able to swim 200 metres fre...estyle). * Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday Swansea: - Seniors/ Masters (+ gold squad junior standard) 5 - 7am or 5:30 - 7am - Juniors (silver squad+ standard) 6:30 - 7:30am - Senior/ Masters 7:30 - 8:30am - Juniors (silver squad+ standard) 5 - 6:30pm - Senior/ Masters 6:30 - 7:30pm ( Monday/ Wednesday nights only). * Kids/ Junior white/ bronze/ silver/ gold squads are also available & must be booked directly with the pool. Squads are Mon/ Wed/ Fri 4 - 5pm & 5 - 6pm as well as some morning options! * Speers Point - Senior/ Masters (+ gold squad junior standard 2 - 3:30pm * Equipment - we use pull buoys & ankle bands (old bike tube cut in 1/2) at all pool squads as well as flippers so please get these within first week of training. Paddles are optional as we don’t specifically use them but feel free to bring & use.
