16.01.2022 GIFT VOUCHERS We will be open Christmas Eve from 10am until 2pm for the sale of Gift Vouchers. Our Vouchers are $8.00 each and there is no expiry date. Vouchers on hand from before the Pandemic are still valid and just need to be presented at the ticket box to exchange for a ticket

07.01.2022 WE ARE REOPENING SATURDAY 2ND JANUARY 2021! The painting of the auditorium is now completed and some repairs to the toilet and stage are will be attended to within the next few weeks. Here are some photos of the auditorium during painting and when completed, as well as some improvements to keep everyone healthy. The programme for January is now posted on our webpage . 05.01.2022 WE'LL BE BACK SOON! To our valued patrons... We support the advice received from the Government and as the virus continues to spread into the community, we have decided to temporarily cease our screenings until this pandemic is under control. Obviously there is no timeline for this but we will continue to communicate once we know.... We are concerned for your health as well as that of our staff an we hope you consider this action to be in the best interests of the community. We look forward to recommencing our screenings and we will be planning a terrific programme. Please note anyone with Gift Vouchers that there is no expiry date and these can be used when we reopen. We will keep in touch with you via our webpage, Facebook, and our telephone line (49585810), which has a 24 hour information service. 03.01.2022 TODAY IS A SPECIAL DAY. It's Lake Cinemas 46th Birthday. We opened on Thursday 29th March 1974 with a double feature of my two favourite movies Singin' In The Rain and Showboat.Unfortunately the public wasn't enthused as only two people attended and we grossed $1.80 in ticket sales. The next night was very different with a full house enjoying the original Poseidon Adventure. 01.01.2022 A BIG HELLO TO ALL THE LAKE CINEMA FAMILY Our reopening day on Saturday 2nd January is getting closer and we are really excited to be back soon. Check out the web page at www.lakecinema.net.au for all the details for January movies .Chris, our webmaster has done a terrific job on the page with a display of posters for the coming attractions and if you click onto a poster you will be able to watch a trailer for that movie. The Candy Bar and fridge has been restocked with fres...h munchies and drinks and we have introduced some new lines to tempt you. There are also some new ice cream lines. Bring your mobile phone so that you will be able to be registered as attending in order to comply with Covid rules. It's a simple proceedure and our Staff will assist if you have a problem. We are now allowed to have 131 people attend but if you feel unwell stay home until you are recovered. We are looking forward to welcoming you back to our Cinema See more
