25.01.2022 How's this birds eye view of the upgraded Tamworth Hockey Complex? The project has been made possible thanks to $7.2m from the NSW Government's Regional Sports Infrastructure Fund, $1.636 million from Council and $800,000 from the Hockey Association. We can see some of the awesome improvements developed over the past 12 months as part of Stage 2 of Northern Inland Centre of Sporting Excellence including construction of a third field built to global standards and the imposing new multi-purpose building and entry. Work is still continuing with an extra 100 car spaces to the existing car park on track to be completed by the end of August.
