25.01.2022 As much as i hate spad planes they are pretty fun. Crazy fast Good to test your skills Cost next to nothing to build from coreflute. I had some left over 1mm ally i drew 1 up and cut out on the waterjet.... I reckon it will be 1/2 the weight of a drain pip3 fuse. Was going to cover in packing tape. Found an old 25 engine should be fun. Just need to get the 4mm coreflute. Even cut the firewall and control horns on the waterjet. Steve will love it lol. See more

25.01.2022 Picked up this engine test stand in a job lot with a heap of engines. Looks like some company went to a lot of effort. I got this OS25 max in a job lot today all gummed up . A few hours cleaning and she runs like a swiss watch.

24.01.2022 When you cannot find off the shelf engine mounts to suit a saito 30 make your own. Note the crumple zone

17.01.2022 A nice morning flying. A couple of planes had bad endings however.

17.01.2022 This old gal would be nearlly 20 yrs old. Designed and built by Bill potts. Steve is the new custodian she is powered by a magnum 108 performs beautifully.

16.01.2022 Beutiful day flying. Such lovelly weather and some lovely planes.

15.01.2022 What a cracker of a day. Thick fog did not lift until 9.30am but flying conditions were perfect. Overnight heavy rain flooded the end of the field but did not affect flying. This beutiful tiger moth had its maiden flight but the 4 stroke did not want to play nice so resulted in a dead stick. No damage thankfully Lovelly plane.

11.01.2022 Since the club is promoting control line flying i thought it would be fitting to share this beutiful little plane.

08.01.2022 What a beutiful day. And a huge roll up We practised safe distancing 10 in the field 2 waiting outside patiently. Many new models and new potential members visiting and looking to join.... Here is a pic of one of our members first tries at scratch building flew faultless top effort...
