04.01.2022 What a difference a week has made in the Alpine Wildflower world. Lot's of new blooms have "popped" this week and our little mountain is looking particularly stunning. The Alpine Wildflower's to look out for this weekend include: From the resort gate entry to Arnold's Gap, look out for the Mountain Bitter Pea and the Balm Mint-Bush, Shiny Cassinia and the Silky Golden-Tip. Heading further up the hill from Arnold's Gap to Snowy Hill, keep your eyes open for the Long-leaf W...axflower and Mueller's Bush-pea. If you want to see the petite and beautiful Ivy leafed Violet you want to look out between Snowy Hill and Gerratys and also Leadbeater's Walk. You will have to get out of the car for this one, it is tiny. Wandering your way on the ski trails to Echo Flat will delight your vision with the purple and yellow of the Alpine Hovea and Alpine Phebalium. Something that is super exciting was the find of the flowering, rare, White purslane. Although there are not many Alpine Wildflower's on the summit walk, this is where you will find this gem. Quality over quantity for this rare flower. These blooms are just in time for our guided wildflower walks that start this weekend. A sensational way to enjoy and learn more about the beauty of our little mountain. Please click below to book. https://www.trybooking.com/BMMPL Ok Mountain bikers, it's your turn. Trails are in EXCELLENT condition. Our MTB shuttles are up and running again to support our trial's and our riders'. Tickets can be booked below.
