19.01.2022 Our newest residents will be moving in over the next week, and we thank them for the patience. One thing we have no control over is the weather, and just when the concreters thought they would have a clear run to build our new road - bingo! Down came the rain! Anyway - as my Mother used to say.......'if you want the rainbow - you've got to put up with the rain'! Wise words, Mum x Over the next couple of months, we will be completing another 'King' villa - 3 bedrooms, 2 e...nsuites, private courtyard, single garage. Next is our 'Mitchell' - with two bedrooms, two ensuites, private courtyard, single garage. These two villas share one of the best locations in the village, as they overlook the tennis court. Our new villas are very popular, and have been updated and upgraded to include stone bench tops in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms (a nice, luxurious touch) higher ceilings and doors, ceiling fans, on-trend vinyl planks and plush carpets. We can't build them quickly enough! Our newest residents bought 'off the plan', so had the opportunity of adding some variations to really personalise their new villas - turning a villa into 'their own home'. You could do this also, so please contact me if you would like floor plans, or additional information. 16.01.2022 Here's our latest advertisement which has been placed into the Yarrawonga Lifestyle magazine, featuring our new look villas. We only have one 'King' villa left in our next stage, 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, private courtyard and single garage. The others have sold 'off the plan', so our potential residents are able to personalise their new villa to their own specifications.
