04.01.2022 A huge thank you for all who supported us over the past few weeks with the devastation that has happened here at the Lake. We are all safe and thank god nobody has been seriously injured. A big thank you to Liberal Party member Dan Tehan and Richard Riordon for taking the time out of your busy schedule and stopping by to offer their support, for anyone or anything we need. Also to all of the amazing people from, the local police, the SES volunteers, the CFA, the Corangamite S...hire Staff, the Mayor Neil Trotter, Department of human services, the Victorian Ambualnce, Laurie Vautier, Western Waste Management, Hillec electrical, Tony Reeves Plumbing, Sloanes Tree Services, Carters Tree Services, the local Community, to Andrew and Donna Kompa & family Daniel Jenson,Hogan & Anderson families and Wayne O and Anne & Brian Jones Terry sheppard George & Rhonda Gillies and Drew young We have no words to describe the help that you guys have given to us we will be forever indebted to you all. 01.01.2022 LAKE PURRUMBETE UPDATE It is now safe to return to fishing Lake Purrumbete this weekend, however please note the caravan park is still closed. The main boat... ramp and fishing facilities are now fully accessible and the toilets are available for use. Due to the extensive damage caused by the storm, itll still be some time before the caravan park is entirely open again but well keep you posted when it is!
