14.01.2022 Dear Patients, Lakes Boulevard Medical was closed on Saturday 18th July and Sunday 19th July. A positive COVID-19 test result was reported on Friday 17th July for a staff member. We have worked closely with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and organised a deep clean of our premises and identified any close contacts (two patients) who have been advised to self isolate as per the guidelines. The close contacts have been notified and advised to be tested in kee...ping with the DHHS guidelines. We appreciate this can raise concern amongst our local community but please be assured all steps have been taken to ensure the safety of our patients. We will continue to encourage tele-health consultations where appropriate and advise any patient entering the clinic to wear a mask in keeping with our Government guidelines.
