13.01.2022 As you may be aware Government have urged everyone to cancel all non-essential travel which to help protect the well being of our guests, patrons, team members and local community we are in full support of. We have decided that any guest staying with us in our cabins or on our campground before the 30th April 2020 for leisure or non-essential travel will have to cancel or postpone their trip. All bookings effected by this decision will be offered a full refund. We plan to get... in touch with all effected bookings over the coming days and ask for your patience while we work through this process. To help with this, email correspondence is our preferred point of contact [email protected] For guests due to arrive after 30th April 2020 we will be monitoring this situation, but currently normal terms and conditions apply. All common areas including Amenities blocks, swimming pool, kids playground and games room are now closed until further notice. We will continue to remain partially open to essential travellers provided they are able to set their van up to be fully self-contained, are not unwell with symptoms or have been advised to self-isolate. Examples of Essential Travellers - Those who do not have a physical address and are full time travellers - Those who are on their way home and need somewhere to stay on their way home - Those who are unable to get to their physical address due to border closures.
