23.01.2022 GREAT NEWS - DENTAL RESTRICTIONS EASED! As advised by the Victorian government, all dental restrictions have been lifted from the 28th of September 2020. This means that we can now perform all dental treatment including Exams and Cleans. 23.01.2022 Following the Victorian government stage 4 lockdown and directives from the Australian Dental Association, we are only seeing patients for emergencies and those that require urgent dental treatment. 22.01.2022 Great news! We are re-opening on Monday 27th of April. Due to the improving Coronavirus situation, the government has eased dental service restrictions to Level 2 from Sunday 26th of April. We will be able to see a range of patients, but there will still be some limitations.... We are a fully accredited dental practice with the highest standard of infection control. In addition, we will be implementing the following additional steps: - Screening patients over the phone when making an appointment - Checking temperatures and screening questionnaire on arrival for patients and staff - Restricting the use of instruments that generate aerosols - Providing aerosol generating procedures under rubber dam - Pre procedure mouthwash for patients - Extensive environment/surface cleaning between patients - Social distancing in our waiting room - Additional time between appointments to enable social distancing as well as cleaning We appreciate your co-operation and hope you are safe and well. 19.01.2022 We are very pleased to report that the Australian government authorities and the Australian Dental Association (ADA) has now moved dental restrictions to Level 1. This means that we can now perform all dental procedures including Exams and cleans. The safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority. We will be undertaking the following additional measures to mitigate against COVID-19: All patients will be screened when making an appointment...
