24.01.2022 What an incredible day of racing! Thank you all that come out and support out events! Congratulations to the winners of each category, we'll have the trophies out to you this week! Some incredibly close battles in the deep end of the afternoon, and a momentous race in the Modified Forced category with our current Roll Racing Brisbane champion Goran in his Barra powered Cortina just managing to walk around Curley in the Patrol, ending his massive massive dominating winning str...eak. Just awesome to watch. Super tough cars! Something a bit different as well was Dan in his Tesla taking out the True Street Forced category! Congratulations again to all. 21.01.2022 Here is the schedule for this Sunday's 1/8th mile drag racing at Lakeside Park! The $80 entry includes entry into both the cruise session as well as the drags. There's no individual purchase for the respective events, so if you want to do just the cruise, it's still the $80 day entry. There are 4 categories. ... TRUE STREET NA TRUST STREET FORCED MODIFIED STREET NA MODIFIED STREET FORCED TRUE Street cars must have a tyre with a treadwear of 140 or above. MODIFIED Street cars are treadwear under 140. Can run a sticky tyre, eg; ET Streets, NO full slicks allowed. Electric cars (we've had a couple!) You sit in the 'forced' category. True Street or Modified depends on your tyres. All cars must be road registered and street legal (For example no NOS, slicks or trailered cars) See the link below for full rules. Trust Street Forced: Glen Purtell Modified NA: Patrick Curley Modified Forced: Paul Curley That's the last one for 2020. We'll be back in 2021 for sure! The 2021 calendar is currently under construction, but we'll post here when we're live!

08.01.2022 Here you go! The calendar for 2021 for the Lakeside Drags! Print it out, throw it on the fridge, add the dates to your calendar, write it on your hand, get the cars ready - we're firing back up at Lakeside from March!

08.01.2022 So far so good. At this stage we are still moving ahead with the drags not starting until 1030 and cruise sessions before then. We will be maintaining a look at the weather and update if anything changes, but we're excited for a day of racing!
