21.01.2022 Mount Gambier's Cave Gardens was abuzz with a colourful collection of characters this morning as the SA Variety Bash rolled into town. Members of the Lakes Rota...ry Club cooked a hearty breakfast for the 300 participants, whose 100 vehicles lined Commercial Street before departing for the next leg of their trip. As part of their Mount Gambier visit, the Bashers donated $79,000 to the Mount Gambier Hospital for a new playground, as well as for medical equipment to help babies and children who are patients at the hospital.

20.01.2022 The SA Variety Bash has arrived in Mount Gambier, with more than 300 crazily-costumed entrants and 100 colourful vehicl...es. Thanks to the 2019 event, $79,000 was provided to the Mount Gambier Hospital to construct a playground to allow children and their families to spend more time outside. Grant funds the SA Variety Bash have also enabled the purchase of valuable medical equipment to help babies and children in need at the Mount Gambier Hospital.
