25.01.2022 It's Wednesday...HOORAY... we get to talk about something we LOVE doing locally. TODAY I want to post about something that is VERY GOOD for you - Hot Yoga ... We are very fortunate to have Yoga Guru Sarah-Jane Ward from Focus Well-being and Fitness leading these amazing classes and taking our muscles, joints and ligaments on a mobility journey!! Now, Hot Yoga is an exercise class, but at the same time it is calming, peaceful and relaxing (like having a quick holiday in Bali). And while you are enjoying the warmth, the state-of-the-art infared heaters are detoxifying your body from the inside! Yoga poses are a lot of fun!
