25.01.2022 Hunters Harem. Returning to site from Mwanza on the ferry after dropping samples to SGS

25.01.2022 As we get the assay results back from the lab the work begins on getting the database up to date and correlating the Mineralised zones between the boreholes both vertically and laterally

25.01.2022 Drilled a total of 220m yesterday. The DD rig relocated to the new area between B and C to join the RC drill rig. Photo is the RC crew with Nico and Hunter

22.01.2022 LVG Presenation at Mining Indaba in Capetown on 7th Feb 2017.

21.01.2022 The DD rig completed on Thursday 8th and the RC rig yesterday Friday 9th December. It is expected the sampling and core cutting will be completed by the 18th and all results recieved by the end of December.

21.01.2022 Rain is holding off today so should complete 3 RC holes and relocated the DD rig before night shift. All current drilling is in area B. Photo is a line of typical artisanal pits

21.01.2022 The Imwelo community were very appreciative for the desks. It is part of a wider government drive to fit out the schools with some better quality fittings. https://www.bing.com/images/search

20.01.2022 Both the RC and DD rig have relocated to thier final fill in holes on the Western Shear zone extention at the end of Dayshift today. The rain has held off so pending overnight weather we will relocate the RC back to Area B tomorrow. This area is well cropped and difficult to access in the wet. Photo is Henry our Geotechnician on the DD rig with a nice piece of intact core

20.01.2022 Unfortunately the storm didnt hold off yesterday and the water truck had difficulty accessing the Diamond Coring rig. We also relocated the RC rig to a new area between Area B and C with better access. This new target has old deep artisanal workings and also corresponds with an IP (Induced Polarisation) geophysical anomaly.

19.01.2022 A summary article of the link between gold and currency https://dailyreckoning.com/dollar-will-die-whimper-not-bang/

14.01.2022 Amos presented 30 desks to the local school today. Unfortunately LVG got beaten 4 to 1 in a soccer match against the local team. But we did complete 3 RC holes and commenced diamond drilling in Area B

13.01.2022 The rain has held off for 2 days now so we are getting access to extend the resource into some of the more cultivated fields. Drilling yesterday totaled 210m. The DD rig is on its last hole now and will finish Thursday. The RC rig will finish on Friday. The plan below shows the area identified by Hunter between Area B (South) and Area C (north). The strike of this new mineralisation is at 45 degrees to the majority of strike on the licence which is East West.

09.01.2022 Drilling the Area just north of Area B is yielding good veining that corrolates well with the pits and IP. Yesterday was productive with 200m of RC and 50m of DD drilling. We expect the program will be complete by Friday this week

07.01.2022 The RC rig returned to Area B on the eastern side of the Mining licence yesterday. It completed 3 holes. The DD rig will relocate to this area today. Area B has some very good historical drill intersections and evidence of artisinal working so we expect good results.

06.01.2022 What a great advert for Tanzania! This is how adverts should be made!

06.01.2022 The LVG soccer team in white and the Imwelo village victors squatting. We will have to put some training into our lads for next year.

02.01.2022 The rain held off today after an overnight storm. Achieved 3 RC holes and 60m with the Diamond Rig all along strike on the Western shear zone. Recieved assays back from Area C DD holes of up to 15g/t. Photo is an 'intrusion' of geologists. The collective noun for a group of geos. Gabriel, Amos and Twahir

02.01.2022 Bamboo Rock drill supervisors Justin and Tom with Hunter inspecting another good intersection from the DD rig. RC completed 3 holes today also

01.01.2022 An extract from a recent article on investing in Tanzania Competing within the continent Tanzania is in competition with other African countries for investment and it will therefore be important to ensure that the scales do not tip too far towards the country’s immediate financial interest to the detriment of the industry. If investors do not find the country attractive, they will simply go elsewhere, and countries such as Kenya and Uganda are currently somewhat ahead in the ...incentives they offer. In reference to taxes incurred by exploration companies potentially acting as a turnover, Seth Dickinson, managing director at TanzOz Minerals, commented: The taxes imposed on exploration companies could act as a deterrent. Whilst we do not make any money, we are still taxed as if making a margin on our turnover. A $500,000 drilling bill can easily become close to $600,000. This increases the costs in Tanzania, because other countries do not apply goods and services taxes to exploration companies to the same extent, instead giving concessions to exploration companies, because they are building and developing for the future. Equally, companies are unable to offset money spent on unsuccessful licenses against those that go into production. The ratio of failure to success for an exploration portfolio is as little as 20:1. The losses from the unsuccessful exploration licenses cannot be written off when the company is finally in production and has a positive cash flow, added Dickinson. TanzOz is focused on its mining license in the Geita district, currently completing a drilling program, which will be followed by a resource estimate, pre-feasability study, and IPO around April/May 2017. The expectation is to pour gold 12 months after the IPO. Because exploration companies are involved in a high-risk business, investment can be sensitive to the companies’ use of funds. Mining companies can create significant wealth and benefits for communities, beyond initial short-term financial return through taxation, but the exploration stage must occur first.
