22.01.2022 Hi everyone! I am writing to invite you to join us on a Zoom call to be introduced to our NEW ‘in person’ Hybrid online workshops. The first one will take place in Mid - May this year If you are already booked into an Australian Level 1 workshop in, you are encouraged to join this Zoom call. If you are new to Sound Healing and interested in taking the Level 1 workshop training, you are also encouraged to join.... The Academy’s response to the global crisis is to encourage you all to remain engaged and on track with your Sound Healing studies. The benefits are that the cost of attending these workshops remotely will be far less expensive (no transport, accommodation or food costs) and a lowered course fee as well as the opportunity to be a part of an engaging and unique interactive workshop online. There will also be an option to attend a One Day workshop for in September to get practice with Crystal bowls, Gongs and Group Sound Baths, which will lead straight into our Level 2 workshop in the following 4 days. He also demonstrates the techniques in... the second part of the video. Emerging evidence, studying the effects of Singing Bowl Sound Meditation on Mood, Tension, and Well-being, has found that Tibetan singing bowl meditation may be a feasible low-cost low technology intervention for reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, depression, physical pain and increasing spiritual well-being. This meditation type may be especially useful in decreasing tension in individuals who have not previously practiced this form of meditation.

14.01.2022 Two days of exploring the healing aspects of voice with Anne, Lakshmi Sound Healing . Our voice and what we can do. Its always with us. Ive always been hesistan...t with where the voice can take me. My voice generally is softer and deeper but to feel the vibrational effects. Im not going to be singing anytime soon but have more confidence as I felt how vibration of sound can take us into this space which Ive felt in meditation. I loved the course so much that Ive just reserved into another course next week. I usually dont do things like that on impulse but my gut tells me to do it. Im off to QLD for 4 days. Exploring more aspects of sound and its healing effects. I felt so at ease when we were conducting the sessions of sound healing on one another. I was kind of surprised. It felt natural.
