20.01.2022 Trying times! Everyone is on edge and nervous, this is definitely something my generation- your generation has not seen before. All of a sudden the frantic run around to sports, trainings, out of school programmes are suspended. Some workers laid off , reduced hours etc. Scary and stressful BUT an opportunity to reconnect with your children in ways many long for. How many times did you wish to spend more quality time with your families? ... So dust off the board games, Have a Monopoly festival ! Teach them some great card games. Let them get muddy in the garden. None of us can control this situation. Oh obviously stop the ridiculous hoarding . And be kind to all of those that are keeping those shelves filled at manic pace. So, where you can, stop stressing. Try and take a positive out of a negative And a big shout out to all my fellow health and social care professionals around the world. See more
