25.01.2022 Something special just for Valentines Day, to show the love! On the left is the Coeur di Berry, a soft goats cheese from France. Very citric and just a little bit funky thanks to its ashy mouldy rind And the right is La Primavera from Section28 in South Australia. La Primavera is quite special, made for only 4 weeks of the year in the beginning of spring and is coated in meadow flowers to pay homage to spring time in Adelaide Hills.
