Starting my apprenticeship under very stric...t English tutors, instilled in me the finer qualities needed to become a successful chef. I expanded my skills and knowledge by working at a variety of establishments within Australia, Overseas and aboard Expedition Motor Yachts. The diverse styles and tastes I have encountered have influenced my cooking in their own unique way. I love living in Far North Queensland and my food reflects that by utilising an array of our beautiful local products and tropical produce. I started my personal chef catering business in 2008 and from its humble beginnings I have really enjoyed watching it grow into a great success. Over the years I have won awards and medals in various Culinary Competitions, cooked for celebrities, high profile politicians and well known TV stars, but it is the reputation I have built within the local community that I am most proud of.
