NEW UPDATE: Due to the new measures, today we had to sadly and with a broken heart, temporarily close our COORPAROO store (which relies heavily on Cinema and shopping centre traffic) and KING STREET store (which relies heavily on office workers). TENERIFFE and WEST END are STILL OPEN for takeaway from the stores and delivery via Deliveroo and UberEats.... We will have REDUCED HOURS for now at Teneriffe and West End, starting tomorrow: Mon-Tue CLOSED Wed-Sun: 2pm-9pm So please keep coming in supporting us, and our own delivery service will be up soon with some exciting news. 04.01.2022 Ciao Guys! To our wonderful loyal community, who keeps supporting us even in these difficult and strange times. As an Italian hearing the situation back home with COVID-19, I can admit that its quite confronting, but we want to stay positive and assure you that we are still open for trade while we implement the following safety measures;... - We will temporarily be accepting card payment only (no cash) - We will temporarily no longer be providing gelato samples - We will temporarily no longer be accepting re-usable cups/tubs. Who have purchased our reusable take home tubs can still get the discount but in a compostable tub. - We will temporarily be cancelling our Monday workshops through the end of April to ensure the integrity of sanitary standards in our kitchens. - All napkins will be moved behind the counter for on-request availability. - We ask that you keep a safe distance from the bench and between tables. Note that we have temporarily reduced the number of tables available outside the stores, or akeeping them at a safe distance wherever possible. We implemented our already outstanding standard health and safety rules We are developing an internal delivery system in order mostly to keep jobs for our staff member and offer FREE deliveries. We will send communication once it is in place. Dont forget that we are available on UberEats and Deliveroo. In the meantime, keep washing your hands and be safe.
