24.01.2022 A few people have been asking about my Quince Infused Gin and my Quince Gin Liqueur To make it I took big jars and filled them with quince sliced right through with the peel on and then filled the jars with gin. I also made a variation with Rhubarb and Red Love Apples along with the Quince After leaving it for four weeks, I drained off the liquid. The fruit still contained a lot of Gin so I then put a cup of sugar in each jar with the fruit. I let this sit for a week and eac...h day turned the jar upside down. It drew all the lovely clear liquid out, and I added the clear syrup to some of the bottles making a liqueur. Back in the gold rush our house was also a grocer and butcher, the butcher shop was in the front part of our now living room. 13.01.2022 Never has there been so much excitement about a mini cauliflower!!!! At the start of Covid (25th March) I planted a LOT of miniature cauliflowers... Today I’ve found, and picked, the first one I’m sure they are not meant to be as miniature as this but I just couldn’t wait. I only started loving these two years ago when I got a recipe from @heyhoeletsgrow and it described taking the outer shell off the beans What do you mean I thought?
