23.01.2022 Romanesco cauliflowers have light green, amazingly beautiful, intricately spiralled heads. The flavour is more delicate and nutty than white cauliflowers. Romanesco can only be grown to be harvested in autumn and winter. Puntoverde is a new Romanesco cauliflower for spring, summer, autumn and early winter production. We sow from early December until late February.

12.01.2022 SAN MIGUEL RED BUCKWHEAT NEW This fine rare shrub from the islands off southern California is one of the stars of our Mediterranean garden where it has made a dwarf evergreen shrub clothed in small round evergreen leaves. From late spring until autumn heads of red flowers are carried on wiry stems well above the foliage. This drought tolerant plant grows best in a sunny well drained spot. The shrub will grow 30cm tall by 45cm across with the flowers are held 10cm above.
