21.01.2022 I am a firm believer in nurturing the mind, body and spirit and one of the best forms of nurturing is meditation, which is of benefit to all three. Some people find mediation comes quite naturally, others find it requires quite an effort. One of the greatest challenges that newcomers to meditation find is stilling the mind. Our minds are naturally active and attempts to silence usually has the opposite effect. A simple solution is to use a guided meditation. By listening to... your guide you keep your mind occupied and so limit the minds tendency to wander. I have added a link to an excellent video of a Guided Meditation For Relaxation I can recommend it as a great example to use. I hope you find it useful to still your mind. ~LeeanneMB~

10.01.2022 For anyone whose concerned about cellulite here are some tips that you may find useful. :) How to get rid of cellulite: Top 5 Tips 1. Get Body Brushing-Number one tip is body brushing, which is simple and effective. Once a day dry skin brush your body before your bath or shower. Start at your feet and sweep the brush in upward, long motions towards the heart. This will really get the lymphatic fluid flowing, which helps to disperse toxins and move fatty deposits.... 2. Indulge in a Massage-This is a favorite for a lot of people. Massaging can help to reduce cellulite. If you do not want to added cost of a massage you could massage yourself or have someone special massage you. It is recommended to use oils and lotions. Again, like the body brushing, rub upwards towards in circulation motion towards the direction on the heart. When you move the blood around in the body it helps disperse cellulite. 3. Do Some Exercise-Yep! Back to exercising again. It gets the blood moving and firms up the muscles. There are options. . . yoga, walking, and yes, those squats are great for the buttocks and legs. After a long day, lying on your back with your feet up on the wall will assist in draining the fluid which leads to cellulite. 4. Eat Wisely-Since cellulite is visible fat, it is not surprising that if you reduce your fat intake you will reduce your cellulite. Warning! Do NOT crash diet---that does not really help. Processed food, saturated and trans fatty foods can contribute to cellulite, as can excess alcohol, sugar, and fizzy drinks. Recommended to drink coffee in moderation. 5. Slap on Some Cream-Invest in a good anti-cellulite cream and put it on after your bath or shower. Look for products with following ingredients: horse chestnut to improve circulation, caffeine to firm and tighten, and Theophylline and Paraguay tea, both of which are ingredients that you should look out for as they target cellulite directly. http://snip.ly/TmdO
