16.01.2022 Booking Policies We hate to sound like a broken record and feel like we are continually raising the same issues... Unfortunately we have had numerous occasions this week where we have had multiple no shows to appointments! ... Appointments which have been allocated from 3wks in advance and making it impossible to fill the space! Cancelling an appointments after a reminder message 48hrs prior to your app gives us the time to contact and allocate that appointment to another client who is waiting for an appointment... not turning up leaves us with an empty time slot that otherwise could have been avoided and filled! We send courtesy messages 48 AND 24 hours before hand and there is just no excuse as to this happening any more! So we please ask that you notify us, Emma is doing an amazing job of holding down the forte at L’amorè B HQ and this shouldn’t keep happening! Our polices and procedures are clearly stated, we will not tolerate this any longer! Unfortunately this is what can make or break a small business.. we have so many upcoming exciting things we cannot wait to share with you all, we are just asking for a simple notification. 12.01.2022 Important Info LONG POST AHEAD - MUST READ Wishing everyone a happy Monday ... With so many things happening here at L’amorè B... we wanted to take the time to touch base on a few things! MESSAGE ENQUIRIES - we know sometimes our response time can be a little slower with things busy in salon... but we just ask that all business enquiries are kept to our business page. Both Emma and I will no longer respond to any future business enquiries sent to our personal pages. SALON POLICIES - with things changing at all times due to covid.. we will be doing all we can to ensure our safety and yours is met. We ask that if you are in salon although masks are not mandatory for you to wear, if possible and where possible if you can please also wear one too! This ensures we are all doing our part to get back to normal soon! ONLINE BOOKING - Currently online booking will only allow any bookings to be made with Emma and Emma only. 12.01.2022 Maternity Leave Well the time has come and it’s a little bittersweet... My tools have been put down for a little while.. as of today I am now on Maternity Leave and waiting the expected arrival of our bundle of joy! 04.01.2022 Salon Updated With a lot happening in 24hrs, we wanted to take the time to address and ensure everyone is up to date with what will be happening in salon effective immediately! As most are aware of a recent outbreak in SA, we wanted to remind you of our salon policies and rules upon entering the salon... with both Emma and Myself in a higher risk category we want to ensure your safety and ours upon entering for your treatments! ... If you are feeling unwell, symptoms of a cold, congestion, fever, etc it is mandatory you reschedule your appointments as early as possible! No extra persons are aloud to attend your appointment with you, this includes friends, family and children and this will be continued into the future at all times! If you have someone with you they will be asked to wait in the car until your treatment is done! Hand sanitation upon entry is still a must and will be monitored upon each individual entering, this is a requirement in order for your treatment to proceed! All of us as a team will be wearing mandatory masks, and we ask that if you own a mask, or are able to source one you do so to protect any chance of spread, by wearing it to your appointment where you are able to! If you have recently traveled to Adelaide and come into contact with an area in the hotspot, or have been in contact with someone who has, that you please reschedule your appointment as we try and get through this together! 01.01.2022 Big News Well 2020 has certainly been a full on year for everyone, especially myself behind the scenes! With so many amazing things happening in three’s, both Johnny and I wanted to share our amazing news! ... We have been keeping busy building our first home We are excited to announce our Little family is growing in 2021.. AND to top off what has already been a magical year, the man of my dreams asked me to marry him! We are absolutely over the moon with all the love and well wishes we have already received, and cannot wait to share our future adventures with everyone! Due to so many things happening in our lives I have made the difficult decision to close my books to any new clients until further notice. I understand that this may cause some inconvenience unfortunately due to everything happening I felt this was the right decision! Don’t stress I have the beautiful Emma is salon who has been busy working her magic on so many amazing people here to step in now and while I take a little break next year, her continual improvement and constant growth I know you are all in great hands!
