23.01.2022 As some of you may know, our amazing hairdressers are working less hours and seeing less clients than usual because of COVID-19 and social distancing requirements. This has made it harder to get appointments with us as we're usually pretty booked out these days. Unfortunately when people cancel last minute, it doesn't allow us time to fill these appointments, which means that clients that would of loved to have taken those spots are going without. As a small business it also ...affects us financially. We know accidents happen, plans go astray but please give us as much time possible if you need to cancel your appointment- a minimum of 24 hours notice. Obviously if you wake up unwell that is a different story and we do need you to cancel rather than come into the salon sick. 18.01.2022 PLEASE READ Due to the number of no shows and last minute cancellations we have been experiencing we will now be introducing a cancellation policy. We understand that things happen and life can be unpredictable however we go out of our way to accommodate our clients and block out enough time to ensure they leave the salon happy. When people don't show up or cancel last minute, that's time that could of gone to another client. It also ends up being time wasted for our stylists. As such, we will now be charging 50% of the booked service if 24 hours notice is not given to cancel an appointment or if you fail to show. Thank you to all our clients for their continued support
